Empire Centre

Planned, Managed and Built by Casey Development, This Industrial Subdivision located in Otay Mesa, California was master planned for 80 acres of Industrial development. The first phase consisted of an award winning ten-acre industrial development featuring two 60,000 square foot industrial distributions buildings. After the second phase infrastructure was completed, the remaining property was sold to Southwestern College, which then built the newest college campus in South County.

RCP Block and Brick, Inc.

Located in the heavy industrial development zone of Otay Mesa, California. Casey Development Inc. managed and directed all phases of work through the City of San Diego. This master planned 20-acre site, includes a state of the art block and brick-manufacturing facility. Construction was competed in two phases and totals approximately 60,000 square feet of enclosed factories. Currently this factory provides most of the block and brick products for RCP’S Southern California market. This was a design build project that included three distinct phases of contractual work including Appraisals/Recommendation’s of Site Selections, Entitlement and public improvements construction, and the design and completion of build of two manufacturing building’s.

CaseyGerry Law Offices

Recently completed was the redevelopment and redesign of the 9,000 square foot Laurel Law office complex. The work consisted of the reconstruction and modernization of Class A office building in the historic Bankers Hill neighborhood of San Diego, California. Developed in a post Mediterranean theme, Casey Development worked closely with the Casey Gerry Law Partners to achieve a distinct, functional, and modern law office complex.
